37 Miss. Code. R. § 1-7601-00200-301 - Installations Required by Construction
When an installation is required as a consequence of a Department construction project, equipment and installation will be supplied by the Department. Fiscal responsibility for maintenance in municipalities will be as indicated in section 300.
