Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow guidelines regarding the cancellation of invitations for bids or requests for proposals as set forth in the most current version of the Mississippi Procurement Manual Section 3.301 as amended and the most current version of Title 31, Chapter 7, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended.
