The Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow guidelines for legal and contractual remedies in accordance with the most current version of the Mississippi Procurement Manual, Section 6.101 through Section 6.209 as amended and as mandated by the most current version of section 31-7-1 et. seq. of the Mississippi Code of 1972 as amended; and approved by the Mississippi Department of Transportation Commission.
