Mississippi Department of Transportation Procurement Division will follow guidelines for legal and contractual remedies as set forth in the most current version of the Mississippi Procurement Manual Section 6.101 through Section 6.209 as amended and the most current version of Title 31, Chapter 7, Mississippi Code of 1972, as amended; and as approved by the Mississippi Department of Transportation Commission.
