37 Miss. Code. R. 401-5.3 - Discovery
The purpose of the Board is to fairly adjudicate disputes between the Contractors and the Commission. To this end, at least five business days before the scheduled hearing date, each party of the dispute shall be required to disclose to the other party and each Board member, as a minimum, the general nature of the proof, including any exhibits, to be presented to the Board at the hearing, and a complete list of witnesses that it may call to testify.
