39 Miss. Code. R. 101-I-6.9 - Committees of the Board
(1) The Chairman,
with concurrence of the Board, may from time to time establish and abolish such
committees from among the members of the board as may be deemed necessary,
expedient or to contribute to the performance of the duties of the Board. The
Chairman shall appoint a Chair for each such committee.
(2) The Chairman, with concurrence of the
Board, deems it advantageous or beneficial to the Board, the Chairman may
appoint members to a committee who are not members of the Board.
(3) All Committee members shall serve at the
pleasure of the Chairman of the Board. A quorum shall be a majority of the
committee. The rules relating to the Board shall apply to all committees.
