When a DGF has failed to meet one or more of the Level 2 screens, the EU shall offer to perform additional review for minimal modifications of the EDS to determine whether minimal modifications to the EDS would enable the interconnection to be made consistent with safety, reliability and power quality criteria. The EU shall provide the Interconnection Customer with a nonbinding, good faith estimate of the costs of additional review for minimal modifications of the EDS. The EU shall undertake the additional review for minimal modifications of the EDS or the modifications only after the Interconnection Customer consents to pay for the review and modifications.
