4 Miss. Code. R. 5-1.3 - Partial Collections
(a) Partial
payments are classified as assessments based on judges "order of collection
policy" (A. G. 9/25/86). However, Section
25-7-27(2)
requires constables to be paid from first collections.
(b) Partial collections must be settled
monthly.
