Public Notice 3361 is hereby amended.

A. For the purpose of this Rule, "Mussel" means and embraces the pearly freshwater mussel, clam or naiad and the shell thereof.

B. Be it ordered that all waters in the State of Mississippi are closed to commercial harvest of mussels.
