40 Miss. Code. R. 4-3.4 - RECIPROCAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN TENNESSEE AND MISSISSIPPI
Public Notice 3255 is hereby amended.
A. BE IT ORDERED that the Mississippi
Department of Wildlife, Fisheries and Parks has signed a reciprocal agreement
with Tennessee Wildlife Resource Agency concerning sport fishing on Pickwick
Lake in Tishomingo County, Mississippi.
B. Said agreement states that the sport
fishing licenses of either Tennessee or Mississippi will be recognized in "all
that part of the Tennessee River and its embayments and impoundments between
Pickwick Dam to Alabama-Mississippi-Tennessee State Line to waters west of the
main channel of the Tennessee River from south of state border to a North-South
Line projected from Eastport on the south side across the Tennessee River
including all portions of Yellow Creek upstream to U. S. Highway 25
Bridge."
