6 Miss. Code. R. 1-20.50 - Grant Fund Cap for Ground Handling Fees
Grant funds are capped at not more than fifty percent (50%) of the total ground handling fees incurred by the Approved Carrier for the New Service and/or Additional Service during the twenty-four (24) month period, or $350,000, whichever is less.
