6 Miss. Code. R. 3-5.32 - Cover Letter
Include in a cover letter the name or names of the individuals who will be the principal contact(s) during this RFQ procurement process and contact information for those individuals, including email addresses. Each ESP shall state in its cover letter its intention to be pre-qualified to provide services solely through the use of ESCs or to be pre-qualified to provide services through GESPCs or SSCs. ESPs that are pre-qualified for GESPCs and SSCs will also be pre-qualified to provide services through ESCs.
