6 Miss. Code. R. 3-5.38 - ESP Project History

A. Complete and submit the PROJECT HISTORY and CLIENT REFERENCES FORM for five (5) ESCs, GESPCs, or SSCs. Each of the five (5) projects must have been installed and operating for at least one year. Each project must have been managed by the specific branch, division, office, or any of the individuals that would be assigned to projects implemented by public entities in the State of Mississippi. Client references will be contacted. For documents submitted in response to this section, use descriptive filename(s) beginning with [ESP Name or acronym].8HIST.

B. The following information in Description of Company, ESP Project History, Technical Project Capabilities, ESPs Personnel Information and Technical Qualifications Form, ESPs Capability and Experience Profile, Project History and Client References and Energy, Water, & Operational Savings Data Form are required to be provided by ESPs that desire to be pre-qualified to provide services through GESPCs or SSCs.

C. Complete and submit the ENERGY, WATER & OPERATIONAL SAVINGS DATA FORM for the any of the GESPCs or SSCs for which PROJECT HISTORY and CLIENT REFERENCES FORMS are submitted. For documents submitted in response to this section, use descriptive filename(s) beginning with [ESP Name or acronym].9DATA.
