6 Miss. Code. R. 3-5.4 - Compliance with Terms and Conditions of RFQ
ESPs that desire to be qualified must comply with all terms and conditions of this RFQ. ESPs that are qualified by the State of Mississippi and awarded an ESC, GESPC or SSC pursuant to subsequently issued Requests For Proposals (RFPs) or Requests for Qualifications (RFQs) by Mississippi public entities, will be required to comply with all requirements contained in the State's standard RFQ and standard energy audit and energy savings contracts. Non-protected versions of these documents will be provided to public entities after the Energy and Natural Resources Division has received written notification of their intent to issue an RFP/RFQ.
