6 Miss. Code. R. § 401-1.3-VI-5 - CHECKS AND DRAFTS
All checks, drafts or orders for the payments of monies, and all notes and acceptances shall be signed by the President or Vice President and also by the Treasurer, unless the power to sign the same shall have been duly delegated by the Board of Directors to some other officer or staff member or a combination thereof of the District.
