6 Miss. Code. R. 401-3.5 - CANCELLATIONS AND RAIN CHECKS
(a) A cancellation
of less than 48 hours from the reservation date will result in forfeiture of
one nights rent. A Rain Check for the balance of the reserved nights can be
provided. No refunds can be given.
(b) No Rain Check will be given where there
is a reduction of nights in violation of the reservation policy.
(c) No Rain Check will be issued due to the
eviction of occupant.
(d) No Rain
Check can be given for bad weather.
