Eligible expenditures as stated in statute are:
A. Architectural fees
B. Design and engineering fees
C. Environmental
studies/assessments
D. Attorney
fees
E. Fees for consultants or
agents that MDA determines necessary to complete site diligence
F. Geotechnical and/or resistivity testing
G. Clearing/grading
H. Environmental mitigation or purchase of
mitigation credits
I. Drainage
system improvements
J. Right of way
and easement acquisition
K. Utility
system expansions and/or distribution
L. Transportation directly effecting site
(roads, bridges or rail)
M.
Bulkheads
N. Land
reclamation
O. Industrial park
"getaway" signage and/or aesthetic improvements
P. On-site demolition (old houses, barns,
etc.) subject to cultural review
Q.
Site development improvements as approved by MDA
