6 Miss. Code. R. 9-7.5 - Eligibility Criteria

The minimum criteria to qualify for a grant is as follows:

A. the business must make a new minimum capital investment from private sources of one million dollars ($1,000,000);

B. Mississippi based business entity;

C. the business must have a majority ownership by residents of the State of Mississippi;

D. applicant proposes to use funds for the purpose of research and development activities;

E. the applicant can demonstrate the ability of the proposed project to expand sUAS manufacturing capabilities in Mississippi; and

F. the applicant can demonstrate the ability of the proposed project to be completed on time.
