6 Miss. Code. R. 9-7.7 - Statutory Requirements
Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Manufacturer Grant Program funds may be awarded to sUAS manufacturers with a majority of ownership by residents of the State of Mississippi which will provide a capital investment from private sources of not less than One Million Dollars ($1,000,000).
Small Unmanned Aircraft Systems Manufacturer Grant funds may be used for research and development activities to expand sUAS manufacturing capabilities in Mississippi.
