7 Miss. Code. R. 3-31.1 - Drug Testing, State Department of Education Staff

The State Board of Education has developed drug and alcohol policies and procedures in compliance with Drug-Free Workplace Act of 1988 and Omnibus Transportation Employee Testing Act. The policies and procedures shall be implemented and enforced as outlined in the MS State Personnel Board Employee Handbook and the MDE Employee Policies and Procedures Manual.
