9 Miss. Code. R. § 7-2-2.4 - MEMBER VOTING
A. A quorum of at
least three (3) commission members must be present for the commission to
conduct its business.
B. A
commission member present may vote for or against any motion, or the member may
abstain. Voting by proxy is not permitted.
C. Minutes of commission meetings shall
reflect the vote of each member on each matter. A unanimous vote may be
reflected.
D. Any commission member
who may obtain pecuniary benefit from action on any application, either for
himself/herself, a relative, or for any business for which he/she is
associated, must recuse himself/herself from consideration of the said
application.
