9 Miss. Code. R. § 7-2-2.5 - MINUTES OF COMMISSION MEETINGS
A. Minutes of all
commission meetings shall be the responsibility of the Director.
B. The Director may secure such assistance as
is necessary for the preparation of the minutes or may designate staff to
prepare the minutes.
C. In
instances when the commission excuses the Director (or designee) from the
meeting, the commission Chair shall appoint a member to record the
minutes.
D. Proposed meeting
minutes shall become the official minutes upon approval by the
commission.
E. Approved minutes
will be on file in the office of the Director.
