9 Miss. Code. R. § 7-3-3.10 - ADVERTISEMENT

A. All promotional literature used by an institution must be factual with respect to services offered and benefits received.
B. An institution registered with the Commission on Proprietary School and College Registration shall use the statement "Licensed by the Mississippi Commission on Proprietary School and College Registration, Certificate No. (insert number). Licensure indicates only that minimum standards have been met; it is not an endorsement or guarantee of quality. Licensure is not equivalent to or synonymous with accreditation by an accrediting agency recognized by the U.S. Department of Education." on all advertising, both oral and written, and on all publications including the school catalog and enrollment agreement.
C. No school shall claim accreditation from an accrediting agency through any of its advertising, promotional material, or during the solicitation process unless the accrediting agency is currently recognized as an accrediting agency by the United States Department of Education.
