9 Miss. Code. R. § 7-3-3.14 - EDUCATIONAL FACILITIES
A. Each institution
must provide an environment that is conducive to effective instruction,
promotes learning, and supports the educational programs offered.
B. The buildings, classrooms, equipment,
furniture, grounds, instructional tools, instructional facilities, machinery,
and other physical requirements of the educational program shall be appropriate
to the achievement of the educational philosophy and objectives of the
institution.
C. The institution
shall meet general standards of safety, usefulness, cleanliness, maintenance,
health, and lighting and shall be in compliance with any local or state laws
governing physical facilities, particularly with respect to fire, safety, and
sanitation.
