9 Miss. Code. R. § 7-3-3.2 - PROCEDURE FOR OBTAINING APPLICATIONS

Registration information may be obtained by sending a written request, along with a check or money order for the amount specified in the current Schedule of Fees, made out to "Commission on Proprietary School and College Registration" to:

Jackson, Mississippi 39211

On receipt of the written request and application fee, information for registration will be sent to the applicant.
