TITLE 22 MISSISSIPPI DEPARTMENT OF MARINE RESOURCES PART 15 - ADMINISTRATIVE RULES AS REQUIRED BY MISSISSIPPI ADMINISTRATIVE PROCEDURES LAW, shall be in effect and be in force from and after the 15th day of December 2005.
