13 CSR 35-60.080 - Licensing Standard Waivers for Relative Resource Providers
(1) A
relative care provider shall meet all licensing requirements to be licensed as
a foster home. Notwithstanding the other provisions of this rule, the
Children's Division may grant a waiver of non-safety licensure standards on a
case-by-case basis. The Children's Division will grant a waiver of non-safety
foster home licensing standards only if the relative provider establishes the
safety and well being of the relative foster child(ren) can be assured if the
waiver is granted.
(2) Only the
following licensing non-safety standards may be waived to license a relative
resource provider under this regulation:
(A)
The requirements of 13 CSR 35-60.020(1),
(2), and (3);
(B) The requirements of
13 CSR
35-60.030(1), (4)(A), and (5)(B);
and/or
(C) The requirements of
13 CSR
35-60.040(2)(D) through (F), and
(2)(J).
