Mont. Admin. R. 12.3.205 - REVIEW OF APPOINTMENTS
(1) A license
agent's appointment may be reviewed annually. In considering review, the
department will evaluate the following:
(a)
compliance of the agent to the procedures of the department and requirements of
law for license fee remittance;
(b)
complaints about the license agent that have remained unresolved;
(c) the convenience to the public; and
(d) the overall performance of
this agent.
