Mont. Admin. R. 17.38.201 - PURPOSE
(1) The purpose of this subchapter is to
assure the safety of public water supplies with respect to bacteriological,
chemical, and radiological quality and to promote efficient operation of public
water supply systems through control tests, laboratory analyses, operating
records, and reports.
