Mont. Admin. R. 2.21.4120 - CONFIDENTIALITY REQUIREMENTS
(1) Agency
managers shall:
(a) treat all information
related to an employee's or applicant's disability as confidential;
and
(b) maintain disability-related
information according to the requirements of ARM Title 2, chapter 21,
subchapter 66, Employee Records Management Policy.
