Mont. Admin. R. 36.25.417 - RECORDS
(1) The board shall keep a record of all of
its meetings in the form of minutes of such meetings, reflecting all matters
considered by the board, decisions made and actions taken with respect to the
leasing or possible leasing of state lands for geothermal RESOURCES. Such
minutes shall be open to public inspection during normal office hours of the
office of the director.
(2) The
board shall maintain a record of the publication of notices of all lease sales.
Such record shall consist of published copies of such notices or affidavits of
publication as provided in
26-1-1011, MCA.
