Mont. Admin. r. 37.75.103 - CHILD AND ADULT CARE FOOD PROGRAM (CACFP): FEDERAL REGULATIONS ADOPTED BY REFERENCE

(1) The CACFP shall be administered in accordance with the requirements of federal law governing the Child and Adult Care Food Program as set forth in Title 7 CFR part 226 (2005), which regulates all state child and adult care food programs. Title 7 CFR part 226 (2005) is adopted and incorporated as a part of these rules. A copy may be obtained from the Department of Public Health and Human Services, Human and Community Services Division, Child and Adult Care Food Program, P.O. Box 202925, 111 North Jackson Street, Fifth Floor, Helena, MT 59620-2925 or through the federal government website access at www.gpoaccess.gov/cfr/index.html.
