Mont. Admin. r. 17.24.907 - IN SITU URANIUM PROCESSING OPERATION PERFORMANCE STANDARDS
(1) With regard to the subsurface hydrologic
effects of in situ uranium mining, the operator shall comply with all rules of the
department, and the operator's bond shall ensure compliance with those rules. With
regard to all other effects, the performance standards of this subchapter
apply.
