Mont. Admin. r. 17.24.926 - DISPOSAL OF UNDERGROUND DEVELOPMENT WASTE: HEAD-OF-HOLLOW FILL
(1) Disposal of underground development waste in a
head-of-hollow fill must meet all the requirements of ARM
17.24.924 and
17.24.925.
(2) The drainage control system for the
head-of-hollow fill must be capable of passing safely the runoff from a 100-year,
six-hour precipitation event, or larger event specified by the department.
