1 Neb. Admin. Code, r. 3, § 008 - Temporary Certificate of Registration
Issuance of a temporary certificate of registration pursuant to Sec. 76546, R.R.S. Nebraska, as amended, shall be issued only after the applicant provides proof of land title related experience sufficient to meet the standards established by the Board.
