123 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 1, § 035 - Overflow structure
"Overflow structure" means a diversion structure in a wastewater collection system that discharges wastewater to the ground surface or to waters of the State, circumventing the wastewater treatment facility, usually during high flow conditions.
