124 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 1, § 072 - "Registered Environmental Health Specialist or REHS"
"Pumping" means a person who has the educational requirements and has had experience in the field of environmental sanitation required by Nebraska Revised Statutes § 71-3703 and is registered with the Nebraska Board of Registration for Environmental Health Specialists in accordance with Nebraska Revised Statutes § 71-3702 through § 71-3715.
