The National Ambient Air Quality Standards (NAAQS) published at 40 CFR Part 50 ; as of July 1, 2020, unless otherwise indicated, are incorporated by reference and made applicable in the State of Nebraska. Administrator, as used in 40 CFR Part 50, means EPA Administrator.
