131 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 1, § 008 - "Intended Use Plan", or "IUP"
"Intended Use Plan", or "IUP" means the Intended Use Plan, a document prepared annually by the Department, after public review and comment, which identifies intended use of all State Revolving Fund program funds and describes how those uses support the overall goals of the State Revolving Fund program.
