132 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 1, § 024 - Containment system
"Containment system" shall mean the system of engineered and designed barriers surrounding the solid waste in a solid waste disposal area unit which is intended to encapsulate and contain the emplaced solid waste and any leachate.
