139 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 7, § 002 - Adoption, Amendment and Recision
The Commission may adopt, amend or rescind any Rule or Regulation not inconsistent with the provisions of the Act at a regular or special meeting of the Commission, provided that at least a quorum of the Commission is present at such meeting and that written notice of the proposed adoption, amendment or recision has been given to all members of the Commission at least five (5) days before the meeting at which such action is to be taken and provided further that the Nebraska Rules of Administrative Agencies sections 84-901 to 84-910 have been satisfied. Any Rule or Regulation so adopted, amended or rescinded shall become effective five (5) days after filing of a certified copy thereof with the Revisor of Regulations of the State of Nebraska.
