142 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 1, § 004 - Labor Organization

The term "Chair" shall mean the Chairperson of the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission (hereinafter referred to as the Commission). The term "Commissioner" shall mean any member, including the Vice Chair and the Chair of the Nebraska Equal Opportunity Commission. In the absence of the Chair, the Vice Chair shall have all of the duties, powers and authority conferred upon the Chair by the Act and by these Rules and Regulations. In the absence of the Chair and the Vice Chair, a majority of the Commission shall designate a member of the Commission to serve as Chair.
