15 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 6, § 004 - APPROVAL AND DESIGNATION
Approval of a Plan of Operation and designation of a local long-term care ombudsman program is valid for two years from October 1 and ending on September 30, unless revoked by the Office at an earlier date or the Office specifies a different date.
