163 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 3, § 012 - Waters with Special Restrictions

The following regulations are prescribed by the Game and Parks Commission, State of Nebraska in accordance with Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 37-336, 37-338, 37-1266.

For purposes of this section, the following terms are defined as:

Wildlife Management Areas (WMA) means those areas which are primarily for public hunting, fishing or other wildlife value.

State Recreation Areas (SRA) means areas with a primary value for day use, but with secondary overnight use facilities.

012.01 On the following waters, except as posted or as indicated in Sub-section 012.10, it shall be unlawful to operate vessels in any direction other than counter clockwise:

Fremont SRA, Victory Lake (Lake 15)	Dodge County

012.02 On the following waters, except as posted or as indicated in Sub-section 012.10, it shall be unlawful to operate a vessel with speed in excess of five miles per hour and speed of all vessels must be reduced so that wash and wake will cause no discomfort, hazard, injury or damage to persons, vessels, or property:

012.06 On the following waters, except as posted or as indicated in Sub-section 012.10, it shall be unlawful to operate any vessel faster than 5 mph/no wake from sundown to sunrise

012.07 It shall be unlawful to operate air boats on all Fish and Wildlife Service managed Waterfowl Production Areas (WPA) except as posted or as indicated in Sub-section 012.10.

012.08 On the following waters, except as posted or as indicated in Sub-section 012.10, it shall be unlawful to operate a motorboat or personal watercraft while pulling more than one skier, boarder, towable or other similar device:

Victory Lake (Lake 15) and Lake 10, Fremont SRA	Dodge County
Center Lake, Bridgeport Lake,	Morrill County

012.09 On the following waters except as posted or as indicated in Sub-section 012.10, it shall be unlawful to operate non-powered vessels and those powered by conventional outboard electric motors

012.10 Nebraska Game and Parks authorized activities or other governmental agencies in the course of their official duties are exempt.
