172 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 106, § 012 - RENEWAL, WAIVER OF CONTINUING EDUCATION, AND INACTIVE STATUS
The applicant must meet the requirements set out in 172 NAC 10 and this chapter. Licenses expire as follows:
(A) Nursing home administrator license's expire December 31 of each even-numbered year.
(B) Preceptor certification's expire December 31 of every 4th even-numbered year.
