These regulations apply to the safe practice of cosmetology, esthetics, and nail technology by cosmetologists, nail technicians, and students in cosmetology, esthetic, and nail technology salons and schools as defined in the Cosmetology, Electrology, Esthetics, Nail Technology and Body Art Practice Act.
