This chapter implements the Nebraska Regulation of Health Professions Act, Nebraska Revised Statutes (Neb. Rev. Stat.) §§ 71-6201 to 71-6229. This chapter establishes standards for the use of criteria by review bodies in recommending whether proposals for regulation or change in scope of practice meet the criteria.
