A dentist may only delegate duties to a dental assistant, a licensed dental assistant or expanded function dental assistant, a dental hygienist or expanded function dental hygienist as provided by Neb. Rev. Stat. §§ 38-1135, 38-1136, 38-1152, 172 NAC 53, and 172 NAC 57.
