175 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 16, § 004 - INSPECTIONS
The hospice service must meet all inspection requirements shown at 175 NAC 1 except when hospice services are provided in the home of the consumer, the physical plant standards and physical plant inspection do not apply to such homes.
