175 Neb. Admin. Code, ch. 16, § 008 - RECORDKEEPING
The licensee must meet all recordkeeping requirements at 175 NAC 1. The licensee when providing other than inpatient hospice services and sharing space with another entity, must ensure the hospice service has a unique physical address to ensure mail is secured against unauthorized access and must ensure a separate entrance to the hospice service space to ensure verbal communications are protected against unauthorized access.
